called to check if my Radius old growth mandolin bridge was mailed out & who answers the phone none other than Jeff Suillvan,now thats customer sevice when one of the owners picks up the phone.one thing I have to say is they Eric & Jeff take after there father when it comes to that,I hope they read this becase I think there store FQMS is one of the best,love you guys Tony Lombardo,Queens N.Y.
