All you have to do is select the video ID, which in this case is _sxxTKxeuWk and you enter that into the YouTube dialogue box that you get when you click the YouTube icon. Look at the address you posted. After v= ... that is the video ID.

To see the YouTube icon, you have to choose "Go Advanced", btw.
