She sounds terrific! Wonderful woofy chop. Nice lows, mids and highs and intonation is right on all the way. I love that v-neck. It plays alot like my 77 Deneve that I've been used to all these years. You couldn't ask for a better import! It was great to get the lifetime warranty,it's more like a book instead of a card and tells you how to care for the Mandolin, humidity, etc. Well I registered the warranty and that means I'm keepin it! After all it is Serial #1!

Jim what kind of strings are you playing on your Eastman? I had been playing J74's on my 615 but the 75's just give it so much more; I encourage you to try them. #Lp
BTW that is a great looking mandolin!! http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mandosmiley.gif

My exact thoughts. Yup, it,s got j74s on it and I'm curious to hear some 75s on there. I've never tried 75s before, so it'll be the first. I,ve got some comin'! http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif
