Anyone have information about a builder Raleigh Stokes from St. Paul Park, Minnesota? This mandolin was made in 1971.

Looks like an amateur maker with handwritten label. Have you looked in a St. Paul phone book? He might still be around.

Haven't tried the phone book. I did contact a St. Paul music store, but have not had a reply.
