Bluegrass- Alive & Well in Deadwood

Hey guys!!! I'm happy to report that Bluegrass is alive & well in Deadwood, South Dakota where I just came back from vacation. I don't know who these guys were because I was in a hurry; but they had a crowd. They were actually doing Home on the Range when I took this picture, which I had in my head all week!!!

I played a weekend gig in Deadwood once and the exhaust fan was behind the stage. They could smoke in the bar so every breath we took was like enhaleing. My partner and I were sick for a week.
