The International Bluegrass Museum will host their 5th Annual Monroe-Style Mandolin Camp on September 10-12, 2010 in Owensboro, Kentucky.

It's usually in September, just a few (two) weeks before IBMA. They'll announce it sometime in spring. You could probably contact the IBMA museum folks and ask when they plan on holding it.
