Beautiful wood, but why hide it with such a dark stain on the edges?

actually you can see the figuring all the way to the edges in a decent light. It was kind of cloudy the day I took that picture.

She's a beaut. That's the story with the great sunbursts. You can see through them close up....& from far they look cool too

its burns your eyes if you look at it too long. Yep, its a keeper wonderful sound, looks, etc
