They go from Loar-esque to very cool. My favorite is #33 as well.

The f holes are nice, but when I started to look at the three, I hoped one was a roundhole. Wonderful.

If ever an instrument were to be called "hot," #33 (http://www.poestrings.com/Mandolins/033.html) is the one!

I'll bet the price tag on that puppy is pretty high--look at all that beautiful tiger maple!

Me, I'd move #33 over to the supermodel mandos if I could ...

I really appreciate Andys less traditional spin on his mandos..but man..he nailed the vintage look on #'s 31 & 32...absolutley great.

I don't know how they sound, but I can't say I've ever seen better looking mandolins before... EVER! Unreal... and yes, 33 is a sex machine!

Whoever the photographer is for the Poe site is not only a master of still-shot technique, but also a genius at capturing the essence of these amazing looking instruments. I could look at these pictures all day.....just awesome.

If these sound like they look then they could end MAS temporary for a long time.
Absolute perfection in the selection of highly figured maple woods. This is what getting a custom builder is all about.
Just how much would one like 31 and 32 cost in today's dollars?
I sure would like to test drive one. :mandosmiley:

Nice work Andy. That 33 makes a garden variety F5 look plain by comparison. I never thought I would say that. Whoever ordered it has just won the lottery!

Love all of them, but after thinking about it, #31 is my FAV.
