Gilchrist Instrument listing

Sometime ago, I think I came across a listing of Gilchrist's instruments, similar to the various vintage listings of Gibson, and now Wiens, and Nugget, on the Archive.
For the life of me, i can't "relocate" it, and now wonder if my old brain is becoming more scambled than it ordinarily is...

Does anyone have any info, regarding a repository of Gilchrist data, what numbers, what dates, what attributes, players of note, descriptions, pictures, and the like ???

Hey John... I can't help with most of that, but I can say that nearly any mandolin player of note has had a Gilchrist at one time. There was a time when most of the pro's were either playing Loars or Gil's. The selection has improved much over the last two decades and there are other builders now that can build incredible instruments as well, so there are fewer playing Gil's today than there was at one point.
