Hi bisquit,
I got mine directly from Wayne. I won't post his email address, but at the time, he was a Cafe' member with member name of "Wayne Benson" (believe it or not). As far as I know you could still PM him through the message board.
Also you can go to this page on the Elderly website (http://www.elderly.com/videos/925.htm) and find it.
