Ebay seller sells online music

I have a seen a few listings of this seller including this one (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=43380&item=3744301871&rd=1). He/she downloaded all the mandolin sheet music from the Mutopia/Gimo (http://www.mutopiaproject.org/cgibin/make-table.cgi?searchingfor=mandolin) site and is trying to sell it.
