Here's some pics of our party last weekend, everyone had fun. About 50 mandolin players here, thanks to all who came, esp from Dallas, Houston, & San Antonio. I left my camera on the table, I think most of the photos were taken by Steve Oleson. Let's do it again next year

How about the fellow (cream colored T shirt) in the first set of photos, leftmost, and what is his mandolin? He looks familiar to me.

I really intended to come, but stuff came up. Tom is a great guy in every way.

Thanks, Tom, but I mean the fellow in the middle, creamsicle colored T shirt, looks like an old F-5 he's sporting

That's Robert Griffith who works for me. He's singing with his daughter in another pic. He's a great singer. He has Ellis #70, the first of my return to building

Maybe next year you can tell us about this beforehand??? :) I am looking for a good excuse to travel to Austin!

Looks like fun and serious mandolins,

How do you get on the invite list? I'm not a mandolin player, but I can bring a guitar and bang some chords.

My thoughts exactly and why not throw the party on your birthday Tom? That will give me an excuse to come and celebrate with you (same birthday as yours).
