Well, my winter project is finished and it plays wonderful, nice low action, good intonation, looks not bad if you don't look too close and it sounds pretty good. My first mandolin project other than a solid body electric 5 years ago. Lots of advice in the threads on this site which was invaluable .. Thanks all !

She's very handsome and I love the inlay on your headstock. MOP? :)

Yes, MOP inlay, stylized "C" for my last name. Has a K&K twin installed inside below bridge feet with an Artech preamp installed. 11-1/2" radiused fretboard. Put on black bindings, stained with aniline dyes and varnish finish. Color went darker than planned when varnish applied but still looks good. Neck profile and setup identical to my Heiden "A".

Congratulations, the mando looks very good and I am sure you are proud of it.

As a relatively new builder I can understand the joy you get from finishing and playing it. Keep at it and enjoy.
