It's been a while since I've posted anything here. I'm still playing and teaching mandolin - in fact, I have two new students. It's great!
But I've been very busy over at the Fiddle World (http://fiddleworld.ning.com) where I spend most of my online time these days. Since I'm mostly a fiddler, that's a good place to hangout.
But I started up this little network of mandolin friends on Ning (http://www.ning.com)the other day and I'm calling it the Mandolin Friends Network (http://mandolinfriends.ning.com). It's mostly my other mandolin buddies and students that are part of it now, and it's a nice little community, but I wanted to open it up here to anybody else that wants to join up. It's free to join and there will never be a charge. Hope to see some of you there.
Life is great. Emily and I just got back from spending a few weeks in south Korea where her cousin runs a mandolin, electric violin and banjo factory. Pic are on my website.
See you around!
