It's a dumb question, I'm sure, but I can't see where to download a pic so it comes up with your name. Can someone direct me?

It's called an Avatar. Go to the link on the upper left side of your screen that says User CP. Scroll down on the left side of that screen to the link that says Edit your Avatar.
