Hey, that mandolin there looks a little familiar. It seems as if you are enjoying it pretty well. It sure was a very nice sounding F4 mandolin, very well balanced and had plenty of power.

There are a bunch more in the Eastman Social Group (http://www.mandolincafe.com/forum/group.php?groupid=27) and in this thread. (http://www.mandolincafe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14446&highlight=eastmans) I bet there are more since then... I gotta take a picture of my 805D.

Here is my Eastman 805 Double Point. I really enjoy this one and it plays like a dream due to the fine set-up work done by Dennis at The Mandolin Store.

Here's my distressed 615 varnish. The finish starting checking right after I got it and hasn't stopped. It looks 80 yrs. old, and sounds like it.

Beautiful mandolin, Dave. I really love that burst, and I hardly ever like a burst finish. That's a keeper.

Wow, the back on that looks great! I like that orientation of the flame much better than the usual straight-across-the-back orientation.

Here is my 615. You can't see the VooDoo thing, but you can hear it.

I couldn't resist using the maple table as a backdrop.
