It was a storage-locker sale, so the mandolin could have been almost anything. Doubt it was an Epiphone ... people who place the "Gibson Epiphone" ads are trying to inflate the value of the mandolin, so they usually ask for more than $90. Sounds to me like an owner of some storage units just getting rid of stuff without having any idea what it was. I'm trying to comfort myself with the thought that it was a basket-case A50 or maybe a Nouveau C7...
