Fishman Loudbox 100 vs. Crate Durango ?

I'm having trouble making up my mind ...which amp to use?
I bought the Fishman, using it with a Schertler DYN M, and not too crazy on the sound. Does anyone have any input on the Fishman and/ or the Crate?

another option.. Roland's AC 60 sounds OK to my ears , get More output from the AC 90,
if you need more watts ..

run my Schertler in the mic channel, and find the built in feedback compensation to be OK
as a nearby monitor ..

you could ad a narrow band EQ and tweak the sound out of what you have to make it better

5,7,10 to 31 band EQs to slice the spectrum thinner..

Hey Mandroid...guess I'll take my mando to the store and plug into a Roland.
I'm using a Collings MF and was so- so about the Fishman. I have a Schertler Pre III A and it totally overwhelmed the Fishman, but did get a slightly better sound.

Still looking for the right combo. I'll update after in try a Roland.

before you can the fishman altogether, you ought to try to plug the Schertler XLR directly into the mic input of the Schertler. My own Fishman (not the 100) has a dial in back to tune the tweeter to optimize the sound. Play some notes and try doing that. Turn off the chorus.
