I have playing guitar since 1990, and am just starting to play mandolin. was limited in what I could buy for a first purchase. It's nothing to oooo and aaahhhh over, but I am happy with it.

i ooo'd and ahh'd over my mm-30 plenty - my eldest son has it now but it was a pleasure to play.
I think you have enough there to merit some oooh and ahhh. You certainly have enough there to create music worthy of some oooh and ahhh.
I like the cepia tone of the picture, or what ever you call it.

As a guitarist, I was primarily a strummer, but I have been expanding what I can play lately. Picking up the mandolin is a good entry point to playing melody for me.
It's nothing to oooo and aaahhhh over, but I am happy with it.
...and in the end, that's all that really matters, IMHO. :mandosmiley:
