I thought that you might me interested in seeing a couple of pics. IMHO I've turned my mandolin into a real beauty:grin:

The allen tail piece goes really well, but what about the Rübner tuners!

Spats. Goodlooking mando! I'm sure the allen tail piece made a big difference in the sound. Love the tuners. Can these tuners be bought in F5 style?

I have Rubner tuners on my Spira flat top mandolin. I love their function and ebony buttons. Yours go well with the thistle headstock. Nice stuff.

Ever since I bought the tuners I get a christmas card from them every year!
