"ain't gona' eat out my heart anymore" - a slightly eccentric offering by the young rascals. back in the day, i probably heard this song about 10 times - max. - but it stuck with me:

They were a great New Jersey band, pre Boss. There Greatest Hits is must for classic 60's rock. Good Lovin' was a smash hit and ruled the air waves to beat the Beatles and Stones in the day.

That is great Bill....I opened for the Rascals in 1970 at the Merriweather Pavillion outside of Baltimore MD...one of my favorite groups...I think I still have all their old albums:))
Do another one!!!....They do a great version of Mustang Sally:mandosmiley:

You're janglin' the old memories. I remember hangin' out by the pool and listening to most of your NYC stuff....ah to be young-ER ;)

wow! ... that's impressive, no kidding.

the only music related anecdote i have from that time was getting wrecked with ... can't remember their names(!) ...
