Eastman MD615V

I just bought a brand new md615Varnish from the Mandolin Store. Beautiful flame sunburst. This is my first mandolin so I feel pretty lucky to get this one. I hope I can do iit justice. I got it from the Mandolin Store and they couldn't have been more helpful. My buddy who plays mando and I went to Elderly today and played all the PAC RIM mando's and nothing held up to the Eastmans. I had my price break set and Dennis was able to put me into this one for alot less that I expected. Now the waiting for the big brown truck to arrive !

Very cool, Dave. The waiting is the hard part. The guys at TMS are the best.

Don't forget to let the box acclimate for 24 hours before you open it. Remember, it's coming from warm, dry AZ to cold, snowy midwest.

Yep Steve got to wait for it to get use to our climate. Thanks for the tip. It would be nice to get together when weather warms up. I have a real nice covered pickin porch on the back of the house facing the woods. Great place to play.
