looking to possible move to an ebony tailpiece....who makes/sells????

A Luthier made one off sort, rather than a factory made item, most likely .
you got one style in mind from seeing others, know who made that instrument?
I modified a tailpiece cover with an ebony face.
epoxied on the wood , finished it by hand,
then the luthier/repair guy switched the TP over .
Was a Lebeda to James part swap, different end button sites on the edge, so end block got plugged and re drilled for jack/button.
.. enjoying the easy string replacement the new tailpiece offers.
took care of the precious metal plating wearing off the cover, too.
