I have a old mandolin, John Brandt made in Chicago. - I saw some post dated 10/08 from a Vabukka, Mine is just like the picture. It's a Style A with the #8588 or B5BB. I don't really care if it's worth anything. Just history.
I live in Calif. It was found in Calif. in a dumpster about 50 yrs ago and I really like it. It see to be in pretty good condition.
