The link below has a major archive of choro recordings, all composed, played or accompanied by Pixinguinha. There are hundreds of tunes, spanning the years 1908-1948, approximately. All can be played in their entirety.

It is amazing to me how well this music was documented, long before North American jazz, blues and folk styles were available on record.

Great link. Thanks.

Anyone know Portuguese that can help us navigate better? I see a word that looks like "manuscript" and I was hoping that there would be some written music there but I haven't figured it out.

Looks to me like you rquest the manuscripts you want, & they email it to you; can't tell if there's a fee or free.

Using Google's translator, it appears that there are 601 manuscripts, and 174 of what I take to be arrangements of tunes by other composers. "partituras digitalizadas" is translated as "digital music", but from my visits to http://www.samba-choro.com.br/ I have come to think of a partitura as a chart.

I see no mention of an offer to send items, but maybe a courteous email in Google-Portuguese would get you something.
