LA Baggs and Fishman offer an acoustic preamp DI box

I know the Baggs Para Acoustic DI is strongly recommended.
Did someone compare it with the Fishman Pro EQ Platinum?

I use a Para DI for my Rigel, although I've never played a Fishman. I'm very pleased for the most part with my Para DI; the effects loop and eq's are top notch. It's also nice that you can run the xlr and 1/4" outs simultaneously. The one point I don't like is that there isn't a 9v adapter spot on the box - it only runs off of a 9v battery or phantom power.

I used to have a Baggs DI and I really liked it. I upgraded to a Boss AD-5 for some of the additional features it has. I like it a lot, but have to say I always liked the sound of the Baggs better. I have no experience with the Fishman.

I had the fishman, and the Boss AD-5 when I played "plugged in". The Boss has more bells and whistles,however the Fishman IMHO is easier to use.
I have never tried Baggs system, but hear they are very similar to the Fishman

@all
Thanks for the response.

@Bradley
The Fishman has a smooth control knob - something like a special acoustic compression.
Does that work well?
