Is anyone able (and willing) to help me with some information about Sgroi Silvestri banjo mandolins.
I know Silvestri originated from Catania, Italy and was founded in 1891. They seemed to be quite wellknown gitar and madolin builders.
I recently got a banjo madolin (around 1920, I think) made by Silvestri but I'm not able to get any information about it. It's still in a bad shape but it's gonna be a nice "restoration project" .
