Howdy all!
I really love those fast 16th note strums that Sam Bush does, but am having trouble emulating them. Should I use a stiff wrist, or the loose approach for the speed? Also, I usually pick with the pick straight parallel to the string. Would turning the pick to an angle be beneficial for this technique? Does pick thickness make a difference to you for strumming speed? I'm using a 1.5 Jazzmando pro plec right now, I like the sound so far.
