I'm not sure,but this looks like a Scam! Check this Persons other items for sale also.

Looks like Ebay thinks so too....it says 'fraudulent item, do not bid'

I reported all 5 of the frauds to Ebay
Rats...Ebay actually cancelled the listing and removed it before I got a chance to see it! Good for them, but at the same time, rats! Wait, I said "rats" twice...rats. make that 3 times (I'll quit at 4)...
