Does anyone know where I can find some, either ebony or pearl? I believe there were threads about this in the past, but nothing recent and I'm hoping there's a new source somewhere. I'm specifically looking for replacements for the Grovers that Gibson uses. Thanks.

So these won't do?

a good luthier can modify them to look OK when they are done, I expect.

I asked this a few years ago and never got an answer. I've never seen any buttons made specifically for the Gibson Grovers. If I'm not mistaken you'd have to modify the Grover tuner shafts to match the Stewmac buttons.

I may have some at my shop. I will try to remember to check in the morning. Should I forget, just e-mail me at bigjoev@bellsouth.net.

Why not contact Gibson and/or Grover? They both have customer service functions.

Gibson = service@gibson.com

Grover = info@grotro.com

These tuners buttons? (I'm so glad I could purchase the Gibson Grovers some years ago!)
