Just wanted to let everyone know that I'll be at the Oklahoma International Bluegrass Festival October 2nd-5th in Guthrie, OK. I'm donating a blonde A-5 model for the auction and I'll have a Loar style F-5 in the booth that you can check out. For those of you that play guitar as well I'll have a flattop acoustic in the booth that has a red spruce top and highly figured curly maple back, sides, and neck. Come by and say hello if you have time.
The same weekend my son Ryan will be down at IBMA. Our great friends at Gallagher Guitars are gonna let Ryan set up shop in their booth. He'll have another Loar style F-5 mandolin in the booth that you can come by and play along with the Red Custom F-5 mandolin that was on the cover of Rhonda Vincent's Christmas CD a couple of years ago. Stop by and check out the mandos if you're down there.
