I have been trying to learn wolfcreek pass (Chris Thile, All Who Wander....)by ear for 2 days & have the "A" part down, #but am unable to decipher the twisted "B" part where he does all the cross-picking. Does anyone have a source for tab or standard notation for this? I will be willing to pay.
Yours very frustratedly,

Have you checked the Woodsongs show he played with Bryan Sutton? I think he plays Wolfcreek Pass, I can't remember. At least you could see where he's playing which might help you to work it out.

I think I've about got it. There is a really good closeup of the exact section I couldn't get. Serendipitous http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
Thanks again & back to work.

Very cool site. Thanks for the link. Love the Mark O'Connor stuff there, too.

I know wolf creek pass. I wrote it myself . Unfortunately I have it in a MIDI file (from Finale). I'll try to tab it for you though.

Have you tabbed out the B Part yet, I'm too lazy to learn it myself. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
