How do I set the time?

Thanks for the cool new cafe, Scott and Dan!

On the old site I had to go in and tell it what time zone I was in. On the new one, I can't figure out how to do that.

I'm on NZ time (GMT +12), but the new cafe seems to think that I'm in GMT +16 for some odd reason. That isn't even an Earth time zone.
