There seem to be quite a few Uruguayan sellers who have Italian mandolins for sale. Not sure what the connection is there.

Given the high numbers of Italian immigrants to Argentina and Uruguay, I wonder if these are hold-overs or later purchases from the home-country. For awhile it seemed all my friends from B-A had Italian surnames.
