Was in a tourist town last week. Found a music store had some decent mando,s Weber etc. But there were 3 mandos from a luthier in a western state. I wont name names. 2 were really nice looking but the 3rd one had a varnish finish and when you seen it in the light it was full of tiny bubbles. I looked on his site to see if it was discounted. Nope same price in store as his sight. Wondered if it shipped that way , could have been exposed to heat in transit, music store hasn,t noticed it yet ?
