Does anybody know what kind of neck joint Gibson used on this mandolin?
I have one like it (customer's) that is in need of a neck reset.
Charlie?...anybody?

John, unless you get specific information you will have to remove the fingerboard to see what lies underneath. That looks like mid 60s and maybe later. I wouldn't be surprised to find the long mortise and tenon in there. Good luck.

Yep, I'm hoping to already know when the board comes off. It's early to mid 60s.
I've found two or three different joints in similar mandos.
