Anyone done wedding music jobs on their mandolin?
A friend is trying another marrage and all the piano players are out of town on holidays.
[I' already doing photos, and hauling in canned music gear for the reception, so the fact that I dont know the tune enough to 'wing it' isn't an issue this time]

Are you looking for the tunes for the ceremony or for just background music or are you playing dance music?

There are books of Wedding tunes you can find. Mel Bay has a large collection of books of wedding music (http://www.melbay.com/results.asp?Category=W04&heading=Wedding+Music&discontinued=no&mode=browse).

I have done weddings and I am getting ready to do another on July 3rd. I have the wedding march that I arranged for me playing mandolin and my best friend playing the classical guitar.
