I have an Accord case for my guitar - love it - very light weight and super strong. #I saw on their web site that they make cases for violins and violas - does anyone know if they have made any mando cases ? #Seems like the violin or viola #cases could eazsily be made to work for a mando as the shell is pretty close to the right size, but I have not seen or heard of one for a mando. Anyone ever looked into this ? #Many thanks #

Nice cases ----- something to rival Calton and Pegs at half the weight. Lp

Accord Case Company (http://accordcase.com).

Sort of odd site. I don't see any mandolin cases but you could write to them, I suppose.

many of my friend who play classical guitar and have way too much invested in their Hauser used Accord cases...I think also the LAGQ uses them too...They are way pricey, but a heck of a lot lighter than a Calton...I use Caltons and love them, even though they weigh more and aren't quite as aerodynamic...IMHO

Anybody see the price of an Accord case? $1100 for standard dreadnaught guitar.
