These are rather large files, they take a few minutes to load. I wouldn't click them if on a phone line connection.

Hey Dan, if you re-save the movies in QuickTime, it will automatically add fast-start data to them and they will then start playing before the whole file downloads. In other words, open the movie in QT, do a "Save As", and re-upload the newly created movie. It'll now start playing before the whole thing downloads...

Thanks dass. .. guess I'm going to have to break down and purchase the pro version. The free version doesn't allow you to do that.
