Looks like it's well under way. What's the reasoning behind reversing the kerfing? Looks odd to me but I'm not a builder.

very nice work especially on the scroll beautifull top as well. I see in the background of one of your pics that you are using the disolved Ivoroid in acetone trick for your binding. That makes for some very nice joints with no cracks.

I like the reversed kerfing because it really makes for a clean interior box. I don't know if it makes for stronger sides, but it seems to.
