On Tony Rice's "Unit Of Measure", is Jimmy Gadreau using his G110? #I've heard the samples on Rigel's web site, but I'd love to hear a G110 in action in a band. #I'll bet you Rigel owners keep track of these things, right? #

Thanks!

Jimmy was just in town here with Robin & Linda Williams and put on a fantastic show. I was running the sound for them and had a chance to gab with Jimmy a little bit. He showed me his new CT110 with a one-piece back, which was a beaute. He explained that Pete Langdell just keeps improving and improving his design and so he has been getting a new Rigel every few years to take advantage of the improved tone. I suspect that Jimmy was playing the G110 with Tony Rice but I didn't think to ask him at the time.

He was selling that Rigel G110 on the CAFE a little while ago. It's been there off and on for a long time. -I do not see it now.

..nope JAG was playing a Paganini on the T Rice Cd....it shows him in the Jcard playing it and I also read on CoMando thats what he used. Any of the Chesapeake Cds..I think there was three...will have JAG playing a Rigel...which sound real nice I might add..

Jimmy of course had a 25 fern he used for his years with the Gents. He done sold it at one point - I told him that was a mistake. He almost punched my lights out http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
