Weber yellowstone

I'd appreciate any feedback from those who know more than I do. A good friend is looking to sell his Weber Yellowstone. He bought it new in '98 and never really learned to play. It's spent 99% of its life in the case. It appears to be in near mint condition.

I told him I'd ask here what it's worth. I'd appreciate any feedback from you guys.

Yes, a near mint 1998 Yellowstone. It's tough to say. Somewhere around $3,000 seemed okay. When I went to sell my Bitteroot, I subtracted the usual 10% dealer discount from the retail, and then I took off 30% because it was used. That took it down to a reasonable price. Heck, it was a steal.
