I'm delighted to hear of his return. Some of his mandolin playing on Moving Pictures (was that the title?) was excellent.
His contributions to Transatlantic Sessions were always great. A very good player. Good luck to him.
Cool! Thanks for posting this. I didn't know he had put out an album. I love Russ. He's one of the most soulful players around - on any instrument.

It's available on iTunes, so I downloaded it this morning. It's great to hear from Russ again. "Cowboy Calypso" from 1980 (!) is still one of my favorite albums.
