There's a new site up posting some intriguing *.pdf files and featuring a great many golden-era mandolin methods. The rationale here is that Django's right-hand technique for swing guitar was very similar to classical mandolin technique. Some of this stuff is fairly rare, and they're promising more intriguing stuff in the future. The downloads are not free...but they are cheap. The site is run in part by Michael Horowitz. Check it out at DjangoBooks.com (http://www.djangobooks.com).

Looks like he beat you to it by posting on this thread (http://www.mandolincafe.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=6;t=15390) under meshugy. He has Bickford Volume 1 and just added Lansing and Cristofaro methods.
