Binding thicknesses

what thicknesses of binding are used for the body, neck and headstock?

I am building an A style and an 0-18, I Want to use ivoroid binding on both.

I usually use .060" binding everywhere, but the "tradition" on the old Gibsons was .060" on the body and .040" on the fingerboard and head stock.
