Check this one out! It's got to be a typo. 17,995.00 dollars for a New Kentucky KM-140S. And the funny part in the discription "Priced within the reach of any budget conscious musician." Auction Number 320097642063

And there's 2 available at that price. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

If a KM-140 might normally go for $179.95, maybe this is actually a KM-14000. You know how the higher the Kentucky model number, the higher price is.

If the auction was scheduled to last for 85 years, the price may reflect adjustments for inflation.
A bargain compared to the $675.000 Loar from "MOMI".

Either he made a typo or this is a developing trend. When folks see this auction, they'll probably check out his other items too. Just like that overpriced Loar a few weeks ago, it's an abuse of the system.

Wow, if a new KM140S is worth $18k, my classic (which is to say "used")KM250SC should bring $50k at least. Better get it listed right away! http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

Maybe the auction is actually for 140 acres in Kentucky?
