While internet sound quality is rarely concert hall perfect, it would be neat to hear some blind clips of the mandolins in your quiver so we can make our judgements before we know the name on the headstock. #G.Fisher posted some video clips of several of his mandolins recently and it has been great fun seeing the reactions to the variety of sound. #It would also be cool to then hear what people mean when they say the sound is "woody, aggressive, democratic," or whatever. #

I'd start, but I don't have recording technology yet.

Sounds like a cool idea. I have some recordings, but don't know how to post them in a way that other folks could download them... Any hints from the computer-literate among us?
