Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew of any online stores that sell strings, specifically D'Adarrio EXP's, using other payment methods such as paypal or money orders. I am 15, so obviously I don't have a credit card, or a checking account, but I can use paypal or money orders. Thanks in advance,

Nathaniel

I have bought a number of times from this eBay seller - popr47 (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3706017731). He ships promptly and accepts all forms of payment and has just about the lowest price any where.

There are several prepaid VISA/MC available at department store and the like. For a small fee you can load a card to use just like a credit card. It is a viable source for someone who needs a credit card and cannot obtain one.

google bpstrings;seems like Bob just started accepting credit cards a couple years ago;I bet he would OK USPS money orders. He has any kind of strings you might need.

Hey man,
I buy TI's from our own mandohack. He takes paypal, ships prompty and even throws in a free pick. They're a little bit more than most strings but definately worth it.

Thanks, guys. Is mandohack a dealer or something? Maybe I'll pm him and see what's up.

Oh yeah, mandohack is the guy from jazzmando. I forgot all about that, haha. My mistake . . .

He'll be at mandofest this weekend. He's really quick with replies and stuff usually. You can place an order on the jazz mando web page. Good luck navigating it though. That site has a lot of clutter.

Thanks, man. # http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif What's the difference between soft and hard, is that all in the tension, or is there something about the quality of the string itself that makes it softer or harder?
