Hi, Rene,
Why don't you jump on down to "Old-Time, Roots, Early Country, Cajun, Tex-Mex"? Read through that forum. If you don't find what you want, try a search under "old time tunes". Or just look in the tablature section here at the Cafe. There is an old-time list there.

I belong to Nevada Oldtime Fiddlers Association and here (http://communitylink.reviewjournal.com/servlet/lvrj_ProcServ/dbpage=page&GID=01331001051078786052331694&PG=01336001051086417231660265) is their song list.
Also you can go to Old Time Fiddle Tunes (http://www.mne.psu.edu/lamancusa/tunes.htm).
There are multitude of oldtime songs. You can go the the Traditional Old-Time (Oldtimey) Music of America (http://www.traditionalmusic.co.uk/old-time-music/idxv11s.htm).
Also there is a Oldtime (http://www.mandolincafe.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=SF;f=18) section in the Cafe.
