John Edward!!!!! (http://www.johnedward.net/)
That guy has a pretty cool TV show on Friday nights. He goes around the country and has seminars about communicating with the dead.
WOW!!!! I hope Del and the Boys are on this Friday night!!!! I'll have to set my VCR.

Interesting. i'll be at RDU airport at 11 am. I might stick around Raleigh till the afternoon, for it. Can you get in with a Bush sticker on your vehicle?

Yep, if it's a Sam Bush for President sticker.
I wonder what they'd do if I showed up with a big "Del '08" sign?

halfamind - thanks for the offer. #Now if I could just get to the south in time... #(Although it's downright pleasant here in Michigan for the end of December!) #http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
Love that "Bipartisan by Bluegrass" comment! #
I recall hearing Ricky Skaggs on 'A Prairie Home Companion' with the very liberal Democrat Garrison Keilor a while back, and they managed to 'agree to disagree' and keep the music as their 'common ground' quite nicely on the show! http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

I'm a bluegrass loving Independent. I've learned from living many years in the Bayou State that both parties are equally adept at screwing the populous. I vote, but I have basically withdrawn from the fray, nolonger putting any faith in the self serving 'public servants', and leaving it to the Lord. Vote, forget about it, pray for the winner.
I just listen to the speech, then enjoy the music. I ain't gotta like the opinions of the politician to enjoy a good free concert!http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif

This may be structured differently, but I remember a Mondale rally in Baltimore with an appearance by Steve Stills - he was in the middle of "Southern Cross" when the candidate showed up - all eyes turned from the stage to Mondale and the applause for the candidate overpowered the music. That must have been hard to take for poor Steve. http://www.mandolincafe.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif
